Vastly’s journey began with Merchant Data Systems, a company dedicated to revolutionizing the payments industry. By delivering seamless and secure merchant processing solutions, we quickly became a trusted name for businesses of all sizes. Expanding into Marketplaces (2014)
The merger with Company.com was a pivotal moment in our history. It led to the creation of a Digital Experience Platform (DXP)—a SaaS solution that went beyond payments to deliver a comprehensive marketplace. This platform offered business and marketing software, enabling merchant processors to provide added value to their small business merchant customers. By integrating these tools seamlessly, we created a dynamic ecosystem that empowered businesses with the resources they needed to grow and thrive.
Building on Digital Transformation (2019)
Recognizing the need for even more customization, the company began developing custom-built marketplace platforms and enabling digital transformation for Facilitators across industries. From digitizing print advertising to streamlining supply chains, our tailored solutions addressed unique business challenges and unlocked new growth opportunities.
Rebranding and The Vastly Advantage (2024)
Today, Vastly channels the strengths of our legacy into The Vastly Advantage: Finance Products, SaaS Solutions and Custom Solutions. These three pillars represent our evolution, expertise, and commitment to delivering transformative results.
